Paul is a 2026 MBA Candidate. Paul began his career at Mars & Company, advising Fortune 100 CPG clients on growth and operations, then joined Salesforce’s Go-to-Market Strategy & Ops team, developing KPIs and identifying growth opportunities. Before Wharton, he interned at LineLeap, building its SDR sales team. Paul earned a BS in Product Design from Stanford in 2019.
Co-President, Josh Urquiaga WG’26
Josh is a 2026 MBA Candidate. Josh started at Bain & Company, supporting VC/growth equity diligences and co-authoring Bain’s Global Tech Report. He co-founded Project Pure, a social venture building a water purification facility in Mali, before joining Coinbase BizOps to launch new products. During his time at Wharton, he interned with Pacific Lake Partners and ETA Equity. Josh holds a BS in Genetics, Genomics & Biotechnology with a minor in Strategic Management from BYU.


Co-President, Rebecca Abara-Azubuike WG’26
Rebecca is a 2026 MBA Candidate. Prior to Wharton, Rebecca was Head of Engineering Operations at Angi (IAC), managing an $18M P&L to drive strategic planning, cultural transformation, and organizational restructuring. She has completed multiple search-focused internships, most recently summering at Trilogy Search Partners and Eleven Software (Pac Lake). Rebecca graduated with honors from Northwestern in Learning & Organizational Change with a minor in Leadership Studies.
Co-President, Hannah Zhao WG’26
Hannah is a 2026 MBA Candidate. Prior to Wharton, she began her career as an analyst at Goldman Sachs before joining Wells Fargo’s Industrials Investment Banking team. She later moved to Orix Capital Partners, a middle-market private equity firm, where she evaluated industrial services investments and supported portfolio management in environmental and telecom. Hannah recently completed an operations-focused summer internship with Govineer, working closely with the co-CEOs to streamline processes and improve execution. She graduated from Wake Forest University with a double major in finance and economics.


Marketing VP, Gaurav Jadhao WG’26
Gaurav is a 2026 MBA Candidate. Prior to pursuing his MBA, he spent six years at BlackRock, where he worked on mandates in Infrastructure Investing and Transaction Advisory. Gaurav holds a Master’s degree in Financial Engineering and a Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Kharagpur, India.
Programming VP, Max Portwood WG’26
Max is a 2026 MBA Candidate. He was an Engagement Manager at McKinsey in Denver, Charlotte, and Sydney, specializing in private equity diligences and portfolio company transformations in growth, marketing, and sales. During his MBA, he worked as a deal associate at Sun Harbor Capital, a healthcare-focused search fund, where he led sourcing and supported execution. Max holds a B.S.E. in Chemical Engineering from the University of South Carolina.


Events, Luisa de Belgique WG’27
Luisa is a 2027 MBA Candidate. Luisa started out as a corporate lawyer at Sidley Austin and Gibson Dunn. She later co-founded an investment fund dedicated to search fund investing. That experience got her excited about ETA and helping others explore the space. She also volunteers with the Women Search Network to get more women involved in search. Luisa holds a BA from McGill University.

Alec Roslin is a 2027 MBA Candidate at the Wharton School. Before Wharton, he worked as a Business Transformation Consultant advising banking clients. He is drawn to ETA for the opportunity to take ownership over operational outcomes and is leading Alumni Relations for the ETA Club, including efforts to launch a formal alumni mentorship program.

Micaela Stoner is a 2027 MBA Candidate at the Wharton School. She is originally from St. Louis and studied finance at the University of Miami. Prior to Wharton, she worked in JP Morgan’s sales & trading division and later in Business Development at Earnest Analytics. She is pursuing ETA to own and operate a business early in her career and supports Alumni Relations for the ETA Club.
Internships, Tanner Love WG’27
Tanner Love is a 2027 MBA Candidate at the Wharton School. Before Wharton, he worked as a software engineer at Google and served as Director of Engineering at a startup. Drawn to ETA for its blend of entrepreneurship and operating established businesses, Tanner leads the ETA Club’s internship and career education initiatives.

Ray Tang is a 2027 MBA Candidate at the Wharton School. Prior to Wharton, he worked in private equity at Golden Gate Capital, focusing on software investing, and in consulting at Bain & Company. Coming from a family of entrepreneurs, Ray sees ETA as a natural way to combine his investing background with building and scaling small businesses. He leads Marketing for the ETA Club.

Scott Peterson is a 2027 MBA Candidate at the Wharton School. Originally from Utah, he worked in private equity at Lone Star Funds in New York after starting his career in Credit Suisse’s M&A group. A CPA by training, he is drawn to ETA for the opportunity to combine investing with hands-on operating. Scott leads Finance for the ETA Club.

Olsi is a 2027 MBA candidate. Prior to Wharton, he worked as a Director in EY-Parthenon’s private equity practice and previously in investment management at Calamos Investments. A first-generation immigrant from Albania with a family background in small business, Olsi is drawn to ETA and supports Summit Planning for the ETA Club.

Hans Pande is a 2027 MBA Candidate at the Wharton School. Prior to his current studies, he worked in private equity at Bain Capital and previously in consulting at BCG. He is passionate about ETA because it combines investing, operations, and small-business leadership. Hans earned a BS in Finance from Brigham Young University and contributes to Summit Planning for the ETA Club.

Juan Vazquez is a 2027 MBA Candidate at the Wharton School. Prior to Wharton, he worked in private equity at Advent International focusing on industrials and services investing. He started his career in Bank of America’s Global Industrials Group. He supports Summit Planning for the ETA Club. Juan is originally from Caracas, Venezuela and earned a BS in Finance from the Stern School of Business at New York University.

Brice Dudley is a 2027 MBA Candidate at the Wharton School. He is originally from the Austin, Texas area and previously worked as a Senior R&D Engineer at Johnson & Johnson. He is drawn to ETA as a way to merge disciplined engineering thinking with strategic leadership and business development. Brice earned a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Stanford University and an MSE in Medical Device Design from Johns Hopkins University.
